Hello there, I’m Dr Milan, the proud owner of The Disc Doctor in Liverpool. I am a Chiropractor, Spinal Decompression Practitioner, father, charity worker and sports enthusiast.
I have been a Chiropractor for 24 years. Wow, that went so fast! I must admit I get pumped waking up early in the morning, going to my clinic and helping people with all sorts of spinal problems.
My forte is taking care of patients with disc injuries. That is why I am known in my community as The Disc Doctor.
I know what it is like to suffer from crippling neck or back pain. About 5 years ago I slipped a disc in my neck lifting a patient at work. That’s no joke! The electrifying neck and arm pain I experienced was out of this world. I had very little feeling in my right arm for about 3 months.
The Specialist advised me to have surgery on my damaged C6 disc but I politely declined the invitation. A colleague of mine in the U.S told me about this amazing new machine that fixes disc problems.
So, I became the first Chiropractor in Australia to bring the HillDT Spinal Decompression table to our shores. Guess what? After a few treatment sessions on the table my neck pain disappeared. At the end of my Spinal Decompression Therapy program I had normal sensation back in my right arm again.
These days my neck feels awesome .I regularly have check-up treatments on the Spinal Decompression table to maintain the health of my C6 disc. I never want to go through that hellish pain again so prevention is the way to go.
I now have 3 tables in my clinic and help so many people suffering from neck and back pain triggered by bulging or herniated discs, sciatica, disc degeneration, spondylosis and other serious spinal related conditions.

Namaste Groovers. I am Nedina and I take care of your mind, body and spirit needs here at The Disc Doctor in Liverpool. Aren’t you lucky! I have been a Yoga Instructor now for 7 years and during this time I have taught this ancient art of movement and breath in many community clubs, Yoga centres and sporting facilities.
Let me tell you a little secret about Yoga and feel free to share it with your family and friends. There is nothing better in this universe to enhance your physical strength, improve your flexibility, promote clarity and focus as well as create inner peace than performing Yoga.
I have my own Yoga studio here in the clinic and work hand in hand with Dr Milan. Yoga Groove is my style and I incorporate basic back Yoga stretch and core strength techniques for those patients who are recovering from disc injuries and other spinal related issues.
If you want a bit of a challenge then try my flowing smooth groove class. If you are a seasoned Yogi and really want to sweat it out and get your adrenalin pumping then my power groove class might be just up your alley.
I love ending my classes with a relaxing meditation to clear your mind and take away all your stress. Sounds great right?

Hi, I’m Evelyn but everyone calls me Ev. You should know that I am crazy about 4 things, my gorgeous family, strutting my stuff in the kitchen, cool music and watching a good live show.
I have been in the admin game for over 30 years and have been assisting Dr Milan in his clinic for just over 7 of them. So plenty of experience in the fundamentals like taking phone calls from patients, making appointments, filing and writing those big medical reports just to name a few.
But what I love most about my job is the one on one connection with the patient. I thrive on making the patients feel comfortable and at ease when they come into the clinic and right throughout their whole program.
Lets face it, most times they are really feeling the pinch. It is so rewarding when you see a patient arrive at The Disc doctor in Liverpool with severe disc problems and by the end of their Spinal Decompression program they are out of pain, moving much better and have the biggest smiles on their faces.
Now, that’s what it is all about! I like to think I contribute somewhat to the patient’s overall progress.
Dr Milan tells me that I am the face of the clinic, the first point of contact.
